Welcome to Vranes Academy (“Academy”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website, enrolling in our programs, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. General Information

Vranes Academy provides tennis training programs, coaching services, camps, tournaments, recreational tennis, and related sports activities for children, juniors, adults, and professional players. These Terms apply to website usage, program enrollment, coaching services, camps/events, tournaments, and on-site participation.

2. Eligibility & Enrollment
  • Participation is open to individuals of all ages, subject to program-specific requirements.
  • Players under 18 must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian.
  • By enrolling, you confirm that information provided is accurate and complete.
  • The Academy may accept or refuse enrollment at its discretion.
3. Programs & Services

We offer (among others) Mini Tennis, Advanced Junior, Professional, Recreational, private coaching, camps, clinics, leagues, and tournaments. Program structure, schedules, coaches, and locations may change due to weather, court availability, coach availability, or operational needs.

4. Payments & Fees
  • All prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise.
  • Fees must be paid in advance according to the selected program.
  • Payment confirms the reservation of a training spot.
  • The Academy may update pricing with prior notice.

Late or missing payments: Failure to pay on time may result in suspension from training until obligations are met.

5. Cancellation, Refund & Make-Up Policy
  • Training fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
  • Missed sessions due to player absence are not refunded.
  • Make-up sessions may be offered at the Academy’s discretion and depend on availability.
  • Sessions canceled by the Academy (e.g., weather or operational reasons) may be rescheduled.

Certain camps or events may have separate cancellation terms communicated in advance.

6. Health, Fitness & Medical Responsibility
  • Participation involves physical activity and inherent risks.
  • You confirm the player is medically fit to participate.
  • The Academy is not responsible for injuries resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.
  • Parents/guardians must inform the Academy of relevant medical conditions, allergies, or limitations.

In case of injury or emergency, the Academy may seek medical assistance.

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By participating, you acknowledge tennis and sports activities carry inherent risks. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vranes Academy, its coaches, staff, and partners are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property. The Academy is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.

8. Code of Conduct
  • Respect coaches, staff, other players, and facilities.
  • Maintain sportsmanship and fair play.
  • Follow Academy rules and coach instructions.

The Academy may suspend or terminate participation for inappropriate behavior, without refund.

9. Photography, Video & Media Use

Training sessions, matches, and events may be photographed or recorded. By enrolling, you grant permission to use images/videos for marketing, website, social media, and promotional materials.

If you do not wish to grant this permission, please provide written notice in advance.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content and Academy materials (text, logos, images, videos, training materials) are the intellectual property of Vranes Academy and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

11. Website Use
  • Do not use the website for unlawful purposes.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not copy or misuse website content.

The Academy may restrict or terminate access for violations.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Serbia.
