We may process personal data of adult players, parents/guardians, and minors (junior players). Where local law requires it, a parent/guardian should provide consent for a minor.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect
A. Identity & contact data
- Name, date of birth (especially for juniors), gender (if relevant to competition categories),
- Email, phone number, address/city/country,
- Parent/guardian name and contact details (for juniors).
B. Program & training data
- Training group, attendance, coaching notes related to development (technical/tactical/physical),
- Competition level and tournament scheduling details you provide.
C. Health / safety related data (limited)
- Injury notes, allergies, emergency contact, medical limitations only if you or a guardian provide them for safety and appropriate training.
- These may be treated as sensitive data depending on jurisdiction and content.
D. Payments & billing
- Invoice details, payment status, transaction references. We do not intentionally store full card details on our servers if payments are handled by a payment provider.
E. Media (photos/video)
- Photos/videos captured at trainings, matches, camps, or events, and content you provide (e.g., player highlights).
F. Website & device data
- IP address, device/browser data, pages viewed, approximate location, referral source, and cookie identifiers (where used).
3) How we collect data
We collect data:
- directly from you (forms, email, phone, registrations),
- from a parent/guardian for a junior,
- from service providers used for booking, payments, analytics, marketing tools (only as needed),
- from publicly available sources (e.g., official tournament results you share or ask us to reference), where relevant.
4) Why we use your data (purposes)
We use personal data to:
- Provide services: manage enrollments, sessions, coaching, camps, memberships, court bookings, and communications.
- Safety & safeguarding: emergency contacts, injury limitations, safeguarding steps for juniors.
- Operations: scheduling, internal administration, quality improvement.
- Payments & accounting: invoices, receipts, refunds, bookkeeping.
- Customer support: respond to questions and requests.

- informing us of relevant safety information (injuries, allergies, medical limitations) where necessary for appropriate training and safeguarding.
We apply reasonable measures to limit access to junior-related information to authorized staff only.
12) Photos, videos, and promotional materials
We may take photos and videos during trainings, camps, events, and tournaments. This content may be used for:
- internal coaching review and player development,
- private sharing with players/parents/guardians (e.g., training clips),
- academy promotion on our website and social media (only where permission is provided when required).
You can request removal of specific media where feasible. In some cases, we may need to retain certain content for legal or safeguarding reasons.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
