At Vranes Academy, standard we live by is built through daily effort, honest feedback, and a commitment to doing things the right way. We don’t chase shortcuts or promise overnight success. Instead, we invest in long-term growth, knowing that true progress comes from mastering the details and showing up with purpose, every single day.
Our mission is to shape not just skilled tennis players, but resilient competitors and grounded individuals. Rooted in Serbian grit and international excellence, we combine deep coaching experience with a personal, hands-on approach that respects every player’s journey. From the first rally to the world stage, we build champions through detail, discipline, and belief in a player.
"It's important to emphasize that each player has their own development path and should not be forced to imitate others at all costs. This would be the message for parents as well: do not chase results and tournaments at the earliest age, but prioritize proper development, which will enable the maximum potential to be reached in the future."

Started as a coach at the age of 18, Dejan worked with well-known Serbian juniors in Vršac, Pančevo, and Belgrade, where he have remained until today. Aca Simić, then coach of many of the national champions and the first coach of Jelena Janković, helped him a lot as a mentor. Dejan was lucky to have a chance to work and learn from one of our best coaches in Serbia.
At Vranes Tennis Academy, we hold our coaches to the same high standards we expect from our players. We seek out professionals who bring more than just experience, they bring purpose, integrity, and a relentless drive to improve. Every coach at our academy is expected to lead by example, showing the same determination on the court as they ask from their athletes.
Excellence here isn’t about titles alone, it’s about how you teach, how you adapt, and how deeply you care about a player’s journey. We value coaches who are lifelong learners, who welcome challenge, and who understand that real development comes from consistency, honesty, and trust. At Vranes Academy, coaching is not a job, it’s a responsibility, and we take pride in building a team that treats it as such.
